Brandon Acker is a classical guitarist and specialist on early plucked instruments such as the theorbo, baroque guitar, and lute. He runs a successful YouTube channel with over 540,000 subscribers and 50 million views, and that provides educational content about early plucked instruments, guitar tips, and performance videos. In 2020, he and his wife started Arpeggiato, an online school offering lessons on “all things that go pluck” from an international roster of teachers.He has toured throughout the United States and Europe, and performed with the Leipzig Baroque Orchestra, Piffaro, Joffrey Ballet, Newberry Consort, Haymarket Opera Company, and Music of the Baroque, among other groups.

 

With a “bright, ideally-focused sound, allied to a probing expressive intelligence” (Chicago Classical Review) Hannah De Priest performs a wide range of lyric soprano repertoire. She has made numerous acclaimed debuts in recent seasons, including her Kennedy Center debut (Opera Lafayette: Serpina, La servante maîtresse) and European debut at the Innsbruck Early Music Festival (Gilde, L’amazzone corsara). In Chicago, she enjoys a close relationship with Ars Musica Chicago and Haymarket Opera Company, and makes her debut with Music of the Baroque in the 2025-26 season. 

 



Indiana native Ana Kim is a cellist who performs on modern and period/historical instruments. She is Assistant Principal cellist at the Lyric Opera Orchestra. She plays with various ensembles, including Philharmonia Baroque, Teatro Nuovo, and Trinity Baroque Orchestra. Ana also performs in festivals such as Oregon Bach, Yellow Barn, Verbier Academy, Music@ Menlo, and International Musicians Seminar at Prussia Cove. She received her Doctorate degree at the University of Southern California and studied Historical Performance at Juilliard. Her teachers include János Starker, Ralph Kirshbaum, and Laurence Lesser. 



New York City-based violinist Isabelle Seula Lee performs extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. A leading member of the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, she has appeared as a soloist with Voices of Music, New York Baroque Incorporated, the Sebastians, Philharmonia Chamber Players, and Juilliard415. She also performs regularly with ensembles such as the Trinity Baroque Orchestra and Bach Collegium Japan. Born in South Korea, Isabelle made her solo debut at age eleven with the Tele-Radio Symphony Orchestra in Saint Petersburg and has since appeared with orchestras throughout Russia, Estonia, and the U.S. She holds degrees from Lynn University, the Juilliard School, and the Yale School of Music.



Jason J. Moy is the Artistic Director of Ars Musica Chicago, and one of the most sought-after historical keyboard specialists in the Midwest. He teaches at Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of the Performing Arts, and DePaul University, where he was awarded the School of Music’s first-ever endowed chair as the Monsignor Kenneth J. Velo Distinguished Professor of Music. Jason received his Early Music training at McGill University and counts Hank Knox, Ketil Haugsand, Andrew Lawrence-King, and the late Bruce Haynes among his most influential mentors and teachers. He is a founding member of the award-winning period instrument ensemble Trio Speranza, and frequently performs with the Newberry Consort, Haymarket Opera Company, Grant Park Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, and South Bend Symphony Orchestra.
